StayNex Support

To create a listing, sign up as a Publisher or Both, then navigate to your dashboard. Click on "Publish New" and fill out the property details including title, category, price, location, contact information, and upload photos. Once submitted, your listing will be active and visible to finders.

After signing up as a Finder, you can browse all available listings on the finder page. Use the search filters to narrow down by location, category, price range, or keywords. You can contact property owners directly through the contact information provided on each listing.

If you encounter any issues with a listing (inaccurate information, fake listings, etc.), please report it immediately using the "Report" button on the listing page or contact our support team directly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Log into your publisher dashboard and navigate to "My Listings". Here you'll see all your active listings. Click the "Edit" button to modify any details or "Delete" to remove the listing entirely. Changes are reflected immediately on the platform.

StayNex is currently free for both publishers and finders. We believe in providing accessible property discovery services without charging listing or search fees. This may change for premium features in the future, but basic functionality will always remain free.

While StayNex facilitates connections between users, we recommend taking standard safety precautions: meet in public places for initial viewings, verify identities, use secure payment methods, and trust your instincts. We're working on implementing verified user badges and secure payment options for future updates.

StayNex supports a wide range of property types including homes, hotels, rooms, apartments, villas, offices, land, shops, hostels, co-working spaces, resorts, farmhouses, studios, warehouses, and event spaces. If your property type isn't listed, contact us and we'll consider adding it.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
